The soap plate from glycerol derived from biodiesel has been used for many applications , such as: body soap , washing the dishes, for mopping bathroom , toilet and laundry sink, use for rinsing stains before cleaning , removing stains from machines and hands, wash car soap for dogs and laxative eraser . The six stages of production of glycerin soap ( soap produce one liter ) : First Stage: Boil the glycerol at 78-80 ° C to evaporate the methanol contained in the product in order to stay only glycerin and be able to edit it. Second Stage: Filter the glycerin from any debris remaining from the production of biodiesel and the oils used were used for culinary purposes and thereby containing impurities. Mix until you make sure that the two liquids are fully united and the reaction is completed. Sixth Stage: Pour the mixture into containers ( clay or INOX ) and leave at room temperature room to cool down. The next day we can chop it into pieces and place in a dry cool environment for two weeks so that the caustic soda or potassium hydroxide have reacted completely to avoid hard soap for the skin.
